Chapter House (Upper Chapter House) is a multi-purpose venue that is ideal for rehearsals and performances, chapel, information sessions, professional development, large meetings and social events. It is available to book from Monday-Saturdays. On Sunday it is used by the Cathedral. Lower Chapter House is the Cathedral's prime meeting area and use of LCH needs to be requested from Cathedral staff and should be mentioned in notes when making a booking for UCH. Booking requests for Chapter House are made through iVvy.

The BBC Auditorium is a multi-purpose venue which is ideal for information sessions, professional development, social events, rehearsals and performances. It is our primary exam space for IB and the biggest venue in the BBC. Year and house meetings are held regularly at 12.00pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Many BBC Auditorium out-of-hours bookings also need the Black Box or the BBC foyer. Please request this in the comments section. All booking requests for the BBC Auditorium go through iVvy. 

iVvy does not manage this space during normal school hours (8.30am-3.30pm, Monday-Friday term time). The Black Box is a small theatre with raked seating, small stage and theatre lighting. It is primarily used for class and drama performances. It is suitable for showing films and lectures. Note that you need to also book BBC Auditorium if you need it for backstage and BBC foyer if you need it for Front of House during performances.

The Community Hub is a shared space used primarily for small group meetings during school hours, without the need to book. As a shared space there can be 2-5 meetings held at the same time as well as individual staff working. The Community Hub is our primary meeting area for our community members such as P&F, OAA, GPAC and their subcommittees. It is an ideal location to meet with small parent groups. Requesting the Community Hub for exclusive use between 8.30am and 3.30pm is not recommended if other venues are available. Please note the Community Hub is not a staff room and is not suitable for meetings with students. All bookings for the Community Hub are made through iVvy.

It is used primarily for class in school hours and Middle School Study Centre most afternoons.  The open area can be booked through iVvy on Wednesday and Friday afternoons, weekends and school holidays if no other suitable venues are available.

The Heath Centre is a multi-purpose venue that can be subdivided into 3 different spaces. It is ideal for information sessions, professional development, large meetings and social events. It can also be used for rehearsals and performances and it is our primary exam space. The Heath Centre is the biggest school venue. All bookings for the Heath Centre go through iVvy. Level 5 SAH.

iVvy does not manage this space during normal school hours (8.30am-3.30pm, Monday-Friday, term time). The Sports Centre is used for class and sports training. The open area has a specialised sports flooring and is not suitable for most events including information sessions as furniture may damage the floor.  

Sydney Square is not the property of the school and has noise and access restrictions. The area between SAH Foyer and the Cathedral can be requested for morning/afternoon teas and is dependent on approval of Building and Cathedral Management. It is used for recess and lunch breaks for years K-9.  Junior School hold assemblies in the northern end every morning at 8.30am. The southern end is routinely used for After School and Vacation Care. The rooftop is an excellent venue for social events, with a large area being under cover.
