This is a small meeting room located at the entrance of the Middle School Library on SAH Level 4. It is ideal for up to 4 people comfortably and 6 at a stretch. It is also a good room for quiet work. There is no built-in AV functionality in this room. Please book this room instead of Bennelong for small meetings with no AV required.

This is a meeting room adjacent to the IT Helpdesk on SAH Level 4. It is a bookable meeting room for up to 6 participants, and also ideal for quiet work.  Staff can use the room casually without a booking, but must vacate the room for those who have booked it through iVvy. AV functionality can be arranged through use of the mobile Teams trolley - this must be requested through the AV form which can be found on PolicyConnect.

This is a small meeting room located at the beginning of the hallway outside the Heath Centre on SAH Level 5. It fits up to 3 people and is also a good quiet work space. The room does not have any in-built AV functionality but has a whiteboard.

This is a meeting room located on BBC Level 5, inside the exam space. It is also known as an invigilator's room. It is ideal for up to 4 people. It is not available to be booked when there are exams in the main space as it is used as an invigilator's room. It has no in-built AV functionality.

S412 is our biggest meeting room and is also known as the Bennelong Room. It is located within the Community Hub on SAH Level 4. It seats up to 10 people comfortably and more at a stretch. The room is equipped with advanced AV functionality including Vivi and the ability to broadcast the entire room in an MS Teams video call. It also has a whiteboard. If your meeting has 4 or less people and does not require AV, please request S414 instead as it is located just around the corner and more appropriate for small meetings.

This is a medium-sized meeting room located within the Staffroom on SAH Level 6 South. It is ideal for meetings of up to 6 people. There is AV functionality in the form a wall-mounted TV equipped with Vivi. Tea/coffee/water facilities are available in the adjoining staffroom.

The Council Room is a Boardroom located next to the Head of School's office on SAH Level 6. It is primarily used for executive meetings and meetings involving the Head of School or the Deputy Head of School. The Council Room may also be used as a small dining area. It is typically not approved for other uses. It has advanced AV capabilities.
